The WIC is the end-user site application for the WIC solution, offering the Call-In functionality. After WIC installation the web user can use the built in startup guide for audio, video and miscellaneous configuration. After this the web user are able to do Text Chat, Video and Audio Communication, File Transfer and Desktop/Application Sharing; all integrated into the browser.
