In honor of WHPCD

On October 5, 2007, Lahey Clinic's Palliative Care Service honored World Hospice and Palliative Care Day with music from 11am-1:00pm at 41 Mall Road, Burlington, Massachusetts, United States of America. The beautiful sounds of their harpist and music thanatologist Jen Hollis filled the main lobby.

Lahey Clinic | Palliative Care

A multidisciplinary approach is the foundation for cancer services at Lahey. Specialists treating the same patients can readily consult one another, review test results, and collaborate on treatment plans. They sponsor regular tumor conferences to exchange information and, together as a team, manage patients with the most complex-or the most common-diagnoses. The result is the highest quality comprehensive cancer care, provided conveniently with a personalized touch.
