VOICES FOR HOSPICES AND WORLD PALLIATIVE CARE DAY 2007.
Sunday 7th October 2007, Uganda celebrated Voices for Hospices and World Palliative Care Day at Sheraton Hotel in Kampala. The event was organised by Palliative care Association of Uganda (PCAU) in conjunction with Ministry of health and its member organizations. Five choirs including; Mildmay Children's choir, The Aids Support Organisation (TASO) drama group, Hospice Africa Uganda, Kampala singers and children from Makerere University/John Hopkins University (MU/JU) entertained the guests.

The quest of Honor was Commissioner Clinical services Ministry of health. He also launched PCAU's three year strategic plan.
